HR Manager (Part-time)
This is a standalone HR Manager position where you’ll shape and lead all aspects of people operations. You’ll partner closely with leadership to build a dedicated, high-calibre team as we enter a period of growth. From recruiting key roles across creative and technical disciplines to developing clear progression frameworks, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a team of ~20–30 core team members, shaping the organisation and fostering a strong, people-first culture.
You’re a proactive, people-focused HR professional who thrives in creative, fast-moving environments. You’re confident owning the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to performance and progression - and enjoy building thoughtful processes that balance compliance with culture.
This is a new role in the company, so we’re looking for a self-starter - someone who’s excited to take initiative, shape the HR function, and build frameworks that will support a growing team. You’ll be comfortable working independently, owning everything from policies to people strategy, while collaborating closely with leadership to make a meaningful impact.
